McDonalds McCafe

Mcdonalds McCafe here are seperate from the normal McDonalds but most of the time right next door to each other. They are so immpressive with their much fancier drinks and pastries. The US Mcdonalds need to get with the program !

Rolling into Stuttgart

We are getting ready to roll into Stuttgart here in the next few minutes. There was very little sleeping in the "sleeping cabin". Nice to have a place to lay down though for the 8 hour train ride. When we arrive it will be 4 in the morning. It's going to be a long wait for my flight midmorning !

We have 6 bunks in a train cabin that is smaller than my walk in closet ! It is tiny that I can't even get a picture of all of the beds. This should be fun ! Their are two girls in our cabin both who speak English and we had a great talk with before we all settled down for bed.

Last cafe meal here

It was pretty good too. Toasted bread with ham, tomatoes and fresh cheese. They pronounce it something fancy though. I have to point to the menu.

No wonder Europeans drink

The wine and alcohol on the menu are 4-5 Euro each and these soda's were 7.50 Euro each ! It can't be that hard to get 7up and coke in France.

LOVE Le Tanneur ! You know you have spent to much in a store when they walk you out the door with your bags - LOL !

Last day at the eiffel

We never did go up the eiffel. We tried to cram pack so many things in ! Today we went back and it was INSANE. It literally would have taken us almost 4 or 5 hours of WAITING IN LINE to go to the top. UMMM no thanks !

Looking into the tunnekl where Princess Diana died

I had really wanted to see this. It was very moving to be here. (Goosebumps). I can remember being glued to the news and crying when I founf out the news and for days afterwards. I watched her funeral live even though most people in Colorado were asleep. I grew up in love with this woman. What a tragedy this accident was.

On top of the bridge

This is an exact replica of the flame of liberty that the statue of liberty holds. It stands on top of the tunnel where Princess Diana died.
